Gerina-Piller
Her conception took place on 29 March 1985 at Roswell located in the state of New Mexico. Gerina Michel Mendoza was her name at birth. Gerina Stevenson has Mexican parents Rita Stevenson (mother) and Alan Stevenson (father). She is Mexican-American by heritage but has American nationality. Her passion for sports began as a small child. Gerina first started golfing at fifteen years old. Gerina went to Goddard High School. In high school, she won in the New Mexico golf state tournament. A volleyball player, she participated in state championships. The first time she attended the University of Texas. Through the latter years of her career, she had won every tournament where she played. During the undergraduate year, she received as the conference's best player of year as well as UTEP Female Athletic of the Year.
