Katherine Heigl reveals to everyone on her "white bubble childhood" and how it's affected her parenting style for her multiracial adopted children. In a recent "Firefly Lane", "Grey's Anatomy" and "Grey's Anatomy", star Katherine Heigl shared she was not concerned about the color of her skin until she came across her adopted sister who was from South Korea. "I inquired of Meg whether she felt treated differently when she went out with our parents and the times she was out by herself. She answered, "Oh yeah, always!" Heigl told her parents it made her realize just the extent of her ignorance. She said that she was angry and felt the need to use this anger to support her children. Heigl has a four-year old son and a 13-year-old spouse, Josh Kelley. In 2009, they adopted Nancy Leigh (12), an adopted daughter of South Korea, and Adalaide (8, a black child) in the year 2012.
